Whether you want to come in to our bar at The Occasional Brewer and craft your own dirty gin or do it at home with your friends and a Bespoke Gin Crafting Set. Here's some guidelines on how it work:

The first step to crafting your own gin at home is pour yourself a 30 mL shot of Bare Bones Gin. Bare Bones only contains the essential gin botanicals, juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root. Because of this it is able to act as the canvas and our botanical tinctures are the paint for you to craft your own bespoke gin.

From here, build your recipe to your own taste. If you're not familiar with a particular botanical you can place a drop on the back of your hand to smell and taste.
